JOB SUMMARY:
 
The Operations Manager manages and performs all cleaning functions. They oversee projects, various tasks, and supervise the day-to-day performance of cleaning staff to ensure the job is done according to required standards.  An Ops Manager will perform administrative tasks such as submitting a nightly recap report and keeping the daily operations system updated daily on what you are seeing as you visit locations. An Ops Manager is a motivator, manager, and mentor to every associate. It’s an Ops Manager’s duty to guide cleaners into understanding and maintaining the values of our growing company.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
Ensure all buildings are staffed and cleaned, per contracted days per week, by the assigned cleaning crew members at scheduled times.  Assign a substitute cleaner or clean as needed to ensure contract cleaning days per week are being met. 
 
You are vital to maintaining contracts and ensuring customer satisfaction. A true measure will be customers renewing contracts yearly.  Our goal is to maintain all current contracts, to ensure we sustain successful and growing operations which leads to securing as many new contracts as possible.
 
·         Maintain daily attendance records for crew, cleaning facilities and assigning alternate cleaning staff for call outs as needed.  
·         Inspect and manage the cleaning of facilities assigned to you on a daily/regular basis, to ensure that inspections are satisfactory. 
·         Work closely with account management team and quickly resolve any issues or concerns that arise.
·         Identify and correct cleaning deficiencies and opportunities with janitorial technicians. 
·         Report any cleaning discrepancies, supply needs, and/or absences daily in daily recaps.
·         Monitor and observe weekend cleaner shifts monthly.
·         Identify and address potential hazards and risks in work environments.
·         Perform any other duties or tasks needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
·         As position evolves, you may have a supervisor reporting to you.
 
 
Ensure adequate training of new cleaning crew members.
 
·         Train new employees to use the timekeeping system and how to report any issues to the office. 
·         Identify team development areas and ongoing training needs to ensure quality and efficient work standards. 
·         Ensure associates have clear understanding of processes and procedures while training. 
·         Re-train employees when necessary due to cleaning deficiencies and provide feedback. 
·         Cross-train employees to work at various locations, to provide coverage when needed.
  
Ensure ongoing training for cleaning crew members on the proper cleaning methods and proper use of equipment. 
 
·         Be responsible for OSHA and site location compliance. 
·         Continuously train and verify that 360Clean cleaning methods and processes are followed.
·         Ensure safety and security measures are always followed.
·         Maintain the proper level of supplies and equipment at sites.  Deliver as needed.
·         Understand the scope of work and all products needed for each site.

Build healthy relationships with cleaning crew members.  Encourage them, model Office Pride values, and identify their needs to 
reduce employee churn.

This is a salaried, full-time position that requires flexibility to work, days, evenings and weekends as needed.  You will work a minimum of 40 hours per work week.  Salary Range is $38K-$44K annually depending on experience.
